Our product advantages
(1) The materials of all storage tanks are re-inspected in accordance with the national standard GB150-2011 “Pressure Vessel”, and all cutting materials are cut by CNC plasma cutting machines, and the geometric dimensions of the cylinder sections are strictly controlled.
(2) Submerged arc welding is used for longitudinal and circumferential seam welding. The appearance of the tank is well formed, and all the inner tanks will be 100% X-ray inspected.
(3) Our bends are bent on a CNC bending machine, which strictly guarantees the geometric dimensions of the bends. Elbow butt joints are not used in the manufacturing process, which can greatly reduce the resistance of the pipeline and improve the aesthetics of the outer pipeline system.
