50 cubic meters of liquefied petroleum gas underground storage tanks are mainly used in liquefied petroleum gas station, the production process of the tank has a number of ways. Important processes are: raw material selection of large-scale formal steel enterprises; followed by tank welding needs to be annealed as a whole, this process is for the stress of the steel plate, so that the entire tank becomes a whole, the weld will not appear cracks.
50 cubic meters of liquefied petroleum gas underground storage tank welding mouth using fully automatic welding technology, the tank through the overall heat treatment, flaw detection, sandblasting before painting to ensure that the rust paint and topcoat does not fall off. The tank level gauge adopts the connecting device principle, connecting with the vessel through the gas-phase and liquid-phase linking flanges. According to the principle of buoyancy and magnetic coupling, the magnetic float in the measuring cylinder (i.e., the coupler) drives the two-color magnetic flap on the external display of the measuring cylinder to turn over with the rise (fall) of the measured liquid level. When the liquid level rises, the magnetic float drives the flip column to rotate 180°, displaying red or green; when the liquid level falls, the magnetic float drives the flip column to rotate 180° in the opposite direction, displaying white. The height of the red band (or green band) is the height of the measured liquid level, realizing the purpose of measuring and displaying the position of the measured liquid (boundary) surface.
