Aboveground LPG gas tank
This is a 38 cubic liquefied gas storage tank, which is designed and produced according to the size required by customers. It is a customized high-pressure pressure vessel. The design diameter is 1800 mm, the steel plate thickness of the tank is 16 mm, and the thickness of the ellipsoidal head is 12 mm.
In accordance with the requirements of the Chinese Code of Practice for the Production of Fixed Pressure Vessels, and with reference to the requirements of international design standards such as ASMED, LPG storage tanks must undergo radiographic testing and MPI (Magnetic Particle Inspection) upon completion of production, so that the welds on the shell and the welds on the end plates of the tank can be checked for conformity, and 100% of HNJS tanks are subject to gas tightness testing, overall heat treatment, automatic shot blasting and rust removal, radiographic testing, and MPI (Magnetic Particle Inspection). Magnetic Particle Inspection. The tanks are also hydrostatically tested at a pressure of 22.8 bar for a duration of more than 30 minutes.
