Storage tanks can be divided into full pressure storage tanks, semi-refrigerated storage tanks and fully refrigerated storage tanks according to the liquefaction form; according to the volume change of the container, they can be divided into two types: fixed volume storage tanks and active volume storage tanks. The volume storage tank is made into a spherical shape, and the small one is made into a cylindrical shape; it can be divided into underground storage tanks and above-ground storage tanks according to the buried method. Among them, full pressure storage tanks are more common.
