Filling process of LPG filling station
Before filling the used liquefied gas cylinder, it is necessary to pour the heavy hydrocarbon component (liquid state) in the cylinder into the residual liquid tank through the residual liquid emptying valve group for storage, and transport it regularly through tankers. After pouring the residual liquid The cylinder is refilled. During the filling process, the filling port is connected to the LPG electronic filling scale (Figure 3) through a metal hose, and the electronic filling scale will automatically fill the gas cylinder, realizing the filling process of LPG to the gas cylinder. In particular, the electronic filling scale is equipped with an overweight alarm and automatic cut-off. When the tank is filled to the set weight, the filling valve automatically closes to ensure the safety of the filling process.
