The a process say land also has its own paper work to transfer land from sellers name to buyers nameIt can take 1 to 3 months depending on where you wld have purchased.
Then you will need geotrchnical report thts for soil sampling it will tak 1 month to get that; Then nema consultant will visit site take photos and talk with local community about the impact of the project in there area
So you will wait for 2 weeks to 4 weeks to get the said report from nema consultant then you submit the scoping report and terms of reference to nema and wait for approval; Which normally take 6months to 8months to get nema certificate becoz of alot of beaucracy at govt agencies.
After getting that then you attache all the requirmnts as give by ministry of energy and submit and also wait , For i dnt kno some time few months so it depends if you have people who can run the things quit faster for you.Now me am on the last stage i submitted to energy ministry so am waiting.
