Our Liquefied natural gas tank advantage:

•Top quality perlite which vacuum standard is twice the national standard.

•Ddopt advanced shot blasting equipment to polish and remove the rust on the outer shell plate inner wall of the storage tanks, so as to avoid the influence of oxidation layer to vacuum. Few manufacture adopts this technology.

•The intermediate space was purged by nitrogen and filled with high-temperature perlite for dehydration and expelling the air.

•The filling is under negative pressure and with viberating spear.

•High positive pressure compacdtion is performed so as to ensure the saturation and density of perlite filling.
