Operational principle
Liquefied gas storage tank – liquid control system – built-in refrigeration system – pretreatment system – fuel engine – compressor – storage tank – refueling gun
Gas filling process
The refueling process of the LNG dispenser is as follows:
After opening the gas dispenser system, the liquid hydrocarbons in the liquid LNG are sent into the LNG dispenser through pipelines.
2. The liquefied gas storage tank extracts liquid LNG from the storage tank.
3. The hydraulic control system adds LNG to the refrigeration system and uses the waste heat of the combustion engine to evaporate LNG into CNG.
4. The built-in refrigeration system cools and melts the waste heat with liquid nitrogen, and then recovers it into thermal energy to ensure the operation of the refrigeration system.
5. After being processed by the pre-treatment system, the liquefied natural gas raw material fuel flows through the fuel engine for ignition, then generates power and starts running the compressor.
