  1. When the underground storage tank is first filled or put into production after maintenance, it must be replaced so that the oxygen content in the tank is less than 3% before it can be filled.

 

  1. The liquid level of the storage tank should be strictly controlled below 85%, and the pressure should be less than 1.8MPA.

 

  1. The safety valve must be calibrated, and its fixed value is the design pressure of the storage tank. The liquid level gauge and pressure gauge should be kept sensitive. If it fails or is damaged, it should be replaced immediately.
  2. The valves on the tanks should be open and closed flexibly, tight and leak-proof. Open and close the valves according to the needs of the process. Arbitrary operation is strictly prohibited.
