Operation before turning on the unloading pump when loading and unloading liquids on LPG skids

1、Open the air angle valve, release the air in the hose, and close the angle valve after the gas and liquid phase materials are sprayed out.
2、 Open the manual gas and liquid phase valves of the tanker.
3、 Open all valves on the liquid phase pipeline from the storage tank to the tanker.
4、 Feed air to the gas-phase port of the storage tank and make it in the open position, so that the gas-phase port of the storage tank is connected to the gas-phase port of the tanker.
5、 After checking and confirming, turn on the unloading pump, the LPG enters the tank and the tanker is in the unloading state.
