Rinsing: Before pickling, the heat exchanger should be rinsed openly so that there are no impurities such as mud and scale in the heat exchanger, which can not onlyimprove the pickling effect,It can also reduce the acid consumption of pickling.Pour the cleaning fluid into the equipment, and then into the heat exchanger. Pickling: Soak the heat exchanger filled with acid solution statically for 2 hours, then continuously and dynamically cycle for 3~4 hours, during which the positive and negative alternating cleaning is performed every 0.5 hours. After pickling, if the pH value of the acid solution is greater than 2, the acid solution can be reused.
