What should pay attention to when using a self-pressurizing liquid nitrogen tank?

1. The self-pressurizing liquid nitrogen tank is different from conventional containers. In addition to liquid nitrogen, it can also be filled with liquid gases such as liquid oxygen and liquid ammonia.
2. Before filling the self-pressurized liquid nitrogen tank with liquid nitrogen medium, the inner tank, valves, and pipes must be blown dry with dry air before filling. Otherwise, the pipes may freeze and block easily.
3. Because the stainless steel liquid nitrogen biological container itself has high heat, when filling the liquid nitrogen for the first time, in order to avoid the temperature difference between the liquid nitrogen and the tank being too large and affecting the use, you can first fill a small amount of medium to pre-cool, about 60L, and then slowly fill it. This will prevent ice blockage from forming easily.
4. In order to reduce the subsequent loss of liquid nitrogen, pay attention to the liquid level gauge when using the self-pressurizing liquid nitrogen tank. Do not wait until the liquid level gauge bottoms out before filling, otherwise the pre-cooling process will have to be repeated.
5. During the infusion process, it is normal for the liquid nitrogen biocontainer to have spots of frost on its surface. After the infusion is completed, it will dissipate on its own. If it persists for a long time, you will need to report to the manufacturer for repair.
6. When transporting liquid nitrogen medium on grade 3 or above roads, the vehicle stall speed should not exceed 30km/h.
7. If this stainless steel liquid nitrogen biological container will not be used for a long time, be sure to dry the internal medium and then close all valves.
