Ambient Vaporizer For LOX/LNG
The ambient vaporizer is the first design to vaporize cryogenic liquid at room temperature. The cryogenic liquid vaporizer is mainly used for the vaporization and filling of liquid oxygen, nitrogen, argon, carbon dioxide, etc. The product is divided into two forms, high pressure and low pressure.The air-heated vaporizer uses the atmospheric environment as the heat source, and performs heat exchange through the LF21 star-shaped tube with good performance to vaporize various low-temperature liquids into gases of a certain temperature.
The ambient vaporizer is mainly composed of a star-shaped fin heat pipe, a liquid-gas diversion tube, a bracket, a base, an inlet and an outlet joints and other components. The star-shaped fin heat pipe has eight-wing symmetry, and the material option is LF21 anti-rust aluminum alloy, which is strong , corrosion resistance, weathering resistance, good vaporization effect. The copper tube is selected as the material of the liquid gas guide tube, which is resistant to high pressure and impact.
