LPG vane pump safety performance
LPG vane pump is usually equipped with a temperature control system.
Fireproof and explosion-proof design: Considering the flammable and explosive characteristics of media such as liquefied petroleum gas, LPG vane pump has taken strict fireproof and explosion-proof measures in design. The motor and electrical components are usually explosion-proof, and the pump body and pipeline system are also equipped with fireproof and explosion-proof devices to prevent fire or explosion accidents caused by static electricity, sparks or overpressure.
Pressure protection mechanism: The pump body is equipped with pressure monitoring and protection devices, such as safety valves, pressure switches, etc. When the pressure in the pump body exceeds the set value, these devices will automatically start to release the pressure or cut off the power supply, thereby avoiding equipment damage or safety accidents caused by excessive pressure.
Temperature control: Since liquefied petroleum gas may heat up due to friction or compression during transportation, LPG vane pump is usually equipped with a temperature control system. Through cooling devices or temperature sensors, the pump body temperature is monitored and adjusted in real time to ensure that it operates within a safe range and prevent safety hazards caused by overheating.
