The horizontal storage tank for storing LPG(propane)as main component of the medium,which at 50℃ saturated vapor pressure less than or equal to 1.61MPa, H2S solubility of less than 7.7mg/L.Please know well the design drawing (As-built drawings) and installing techniques before installation, to develop a reasonable installation schemes.
Equipment starts using or re-enabled after maintenance, should be conduct air tightness test on base of design pressure, inspecting equipment and pipe system tightness, and purged with nitrogen before filling LPG, LPG filling only when the oxygen content is not more than 30% after sample analysis.
