How to use LNG storage tanks

1. Preparation for filling.

When this cryogenic storage tank leaves the factory, there is generally 0.2~0.3MPa nitrogen in the inner container, which is mainly used for installation completion.

After completion, purge the piping system to ensure the cleanliness inside the piping system. Before filling, open the manual vent valve of the cryogenic storage tank to completely remove the nitrogen in the cryogenic storage tank. Connect the main liquid inlet valve to the liquid discharge port of the tanker, connect the liquid inlet and air return port of the unloader supercharger to the tanker respectively, and pressurize the low-temperature storage tank of the tanker to 0.4~0.5MPa.
