(3) When filling to 85% of the tank volume, the upper liquid inlet valve should be closed and filling should be stopped for 3 minutes to allow the liquid level in the tank to rise. Then open the upper liquid inlet valve and continue filling until liquid overflows from the tank. When outflow occurs from the orifice valve, immediately close the full overflow valve, stop filling and close the upper liquid inlet valve;
