Vacuum low-temperature LNG storage tanks are a commonly used and advanced long-term storage equipment for low-temperature liquids, with advantages such as large storage capacity, adjustable pressure, low evaporation rate, safety and reliability. They are widely used in LNG refueling stations, LNG gasification stations, LNG emergency peak shaving stations, and other projects. The storage tank adopts a double-layer cylindrical structure, with a interlayer filled with insulation material of pearlescent sand and vacuumed. It mainly consists of inner and outer tanks, insulation structure, pipeline system, and safety accessories.
The inner cylinder and pipeline of low-temperature lng storage tank are made of stainless steel S30408, and the outer cylinderouter shell is made of alloy material steel Q245R . At the same time, a specially treated adsorbent is set and pumped into a high vacuum (0.5~6Pa), with a capacity of 5-150m3.
