When installing liquefied petroleum gas compressors, you need to pay attention to some matters. These matters are to ensure the safety of the equipment during use.

All pressure-bearing ancillary equipment shall comply with the relevant provisions of the “Pressure Vessel Safety Technical Supervision Regulations”.

1 The interior of the equipment should be cleaned before installation

2 The equipment foundation should be installed firmly, and its distance from the surrounding buildings should be convenient for maintenance and operation.

3 The minimum distance between the blow-off pipe and the bottom in the auxiliary equipment should be greater than the diameter of the pipe

4 After the equipment is installed, the strength and tightness test should be carried out.

5 The safety valve should be installed vertically on the exhaust pipe, and its discharge hole should be connected with the intake pipe, and it can be installed only after passing the adjustment. The opening pressure of the safety valve shall not exceed the design pressure of the container.
