1 After receiving the notice of liquid inflow, make preparations according to the unloading and compressor operating procedures.

 

2 Open the liquid phase inlet valve of the storage tank that needs to be fed to connect with the liquid phase pipe of the tanker, open the gas phase valve of the corresponding storage tank and connect it to the inlet of the compressor, and connect the gas phase of the tanker to the outlet of the compressor.

 

3 During the filling process, it should be noted that the pressure of the storage tank does not exceed 1.8MPA, and the liquid level does not exceed 85%. Overfilling is strictly prohibited. If overfilling is found, pour the tank immediately.

 

4 The emergency shut-off valve of the underground storage tank should be in the normally open state under normal conditions. In case of emergency, the air release valve should be opened in time, and all emergency shut-off valves should be in the closed state immediately to cut off the air source.

 

  1. Operators are not allowed to leave the site when the liquid is in, stop the machine immediately for inspection if any abnormality occurs, and continue unloading the vehicle after troubleshooting.
