LPG storage tank technical requirements

Liquefied gas storage tanks pass radiographic flaw detection to ensure that the steel plates and welds meet national technical requirements. Rust is removed by high-pressure spraying of small steel balls. The effect is much better than manual or grinding with a grinding wheel. Then, four coats of paint, two coats of anti-rust paint and two coats of topcoat are added to ensure that the tank can be used for many years without the need for repainting. Each storage tank is inspected by the Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau before leaving the factory and a tank certificate is issued, which can be used nationwide.
