The form and size of welded joints are in accordance with the regulations in HG/T20583-2011:
Butt joint welding adopts DU4, DU25 or DU29;
G4 (full welding) is used for the welding of the connecting pipe and the shell, and G29 (full penetration) is used for the welding of the connecting pipe with the reinforcing ring and the shell;
After welding the connecting pipe and the shell, the end is polished smoothly (no sharp corners);
The fillet size of the fillet weld shall be the thickness of the thinner one, and shall have a concave and smooth transition;
The welding of the flange shall be in accordance with the provisions of the corresponding flange standard.
