- The applicant engaged in gas retail business shall submit the following materials to the gas management department, and provide the original and 2 copies of the corresponding written materials, including: ①The request for instructions signed by the county and city competent department and the site selection issued by the county and city Inspection opinions; ②”Application Form for Qualification of Gas Retail Business”; ③The application documents of the enterprise, which must explain the basic situation of the enterprise, the description of the application conditions, the situation of the gas filling station (point) and the specific operation plan; ④The enterprise’s Site construction feasibility report (including location map, floor plan, process flow chart, effect map); ⑤Identity certificate of the legal representative and related certification documents; Project Site Selection Opinion Letter; ⑧ Land Management Department’s construction project land pre-examination report (or review opinion).
