After the enterprise implements and completes the rectification opinions put forward by various departments, the enterprise submits the original and two copies of the following legal documents to the regional bureau of commerce: ⑴ an application for permission to open; Adaptable gas supply agreement; (3) “State-owned Land Use Certificate” and “Construction Land Approval Letter” issued by the land management department; (4) “Construction Land Planning Permit”, “Construction Project Planning Permit”, ” Construction Permit for Construction Project”; (5) “Construction Fire Protection Design Examination Opinion Letter” issued by the fire department, “Construction Engineering Fire Protection Acceptance Opinion Letter”; (6) Environmental Protection Acceptance Document or “Environmental Impact Report” issued by the environmental protection department (registration Table); (7) “Lightning Protection Device Design Approval Letter”, “Lightning Protection Device Acceptance Certificate” or lightning protection device inspection report issued by the meteorological department;
