Check the anti-corrosion condition of the tank body of aboveground oil tanks to make sure that the paint is not flaking; check the bottom of the tank for cracks, dents or tilting.
Inspection and maintenance of accessories: Ensure that tank accessories are kept in good condition, regularly inspected, maintained and recorded. Including liquid level meter, flame arrestor, vent pipe and so on. The flame arrestor should be inspected once a quarter, and the breathing valve and hydraulic safety valve should be inspected at least twice in winter.
Cleaning and disinfection: the tank should be kept clean, and the roof of the tank should be free of water, oil and debris. Tank insulation should also be kept intact.
