3.1.3 If a temporary power outage occurs, the vacuum electromagnetic check valve on the vacuum pump of the cryogenic liquid storage tank will automatically close and maintain the vacuum in the tank. However, the vacuum valve should still be closed as soon as possible. After power is restored, start the vacuum pump and open the vacuum valve. Before opening the vacuum valve of a cryogenic liquid storage tank, make sure that the vacuum in the connecting pipeline is lower than the vacuum in the tank. Indicate the date and time of the power outage and the date and time of restarting on the vacuum data sheet.
