3. There must be sufficient water sources near the installation site, the site must be equipped with fire extinguishing equipment, there must be no flammable and explosive items around, and the site must be kept clean.
4. It is easy to set up walls or fences in places where liquid oxygen is stored, vaporized, filled and used.
5. Open flames are strictly prohibited around the storage, vaporization, filling, and use locations of liquid oxygen. All fire sources must be eliminated, and there must be clear no-fire signs.
