LPG Pump Hydrocarbon Pump
The LPG pump type is a positive displacement vane hydrocarbon pump. The work relies on the centrifugal sliding of the blades. The flow rate is related to the speed of the shaft. The inner surface of the stator is made of a composite curve created in China. The stator, rotor, baffle and blades form ten sealed cavities. The curved surface of the stator is a composite curve. When the rotor rotates, the volume of the inlet cavity gradually increases, and a negative pressure is formed to generate suction, thereby sucking in the oil. When the rotor rotates for a certain angle, the volume cross-section gradually decreases, so that the oil is hydraulically discharged. There is an oil block between the oil suction chamber and the oil pressure chamber to separate the oil suction chamber from the oil pressure chamber. The blades rely on centrifugal force and two baffle structures to closely fit the inner curved surface of the stator, so that the LPG pump can work normally under rated conditions.
