④The loading automatic control system adopts a distributed control system. The whole system is mainly composed of a flameproof loading controller, a monitoring computer and an invoicing computer. The monitoring and data collection of the vehicle loading system is realized by the monitoring computer. The explosion-proof loading controller collects the temperature of the material and the pulse signal of the flowmeter, and realizes the calculation of the standard volume flow of the vehicle loading through the program; realizes the quantitative control of the vehicle loading by controlling the electro-hydraulic valve and the pipeline pump.
