Installation Notes
In the bottling plant lpg, the upper pipeline is removed and boxed after the overall test before leaving the factory to avoid the problem of superelevation during transportation. After arriving at the site, the user can install the safety valve and the release pipe by himself. Once the equipment is in place, the following should be checked:
1. Whether the bolts and gaskets used for pipeline connection are loose.
2. Check whether the distribution box is loose, disconnected, return to its original position, and send power for a test drive.
3. The air pressure test has been done as a whole before the equipment leaves the factory. If the pipeline is found to be loose after it arrives at the site, the air tightness test (1.77MPa) should be done again after tightening. Keep the pressure for half an hour, and the pressure gauge shows that it does not fall.
