LPG skid plant is the pump, storage tank, instrument, valve equipment used to assemble on the pry body and form the whole filling station. The working principle of LPG prying station:
1, LPG skid must have a safe and reliable circuit system, electronic filling scale, pump and compressor need electricity to drive, the circuit must also be designed to be easy to operate and simple. The motor should also pay attention to anti-static and explosion-proof type, because the concentration of liquefied gas is too high and when the spark is easy to explode.
2.LPG skid plant complete gas phase, liquid phase and reflux system. When the gas phase and liquid phase of the pry installation station are connected with the tank car, the liquefied gas in the tank car is poured into the tank under the pressure of the compressor. However, if the loading and unloading operation speed is too fast, the volume of the LPG pry loading station is generally not large, the storage tank of the pry loading station can not accommodate too much liquefied petroleum gas, there will be dangerous situation.
3.An emergency cut-off concentration alarm and valve will be set at the place where the pipeline is connected to the tank of the LPG pry loading station. In case of an emergency and leakage, the double insurance effect can be achieved
