As we can see fom the picture is a 60m3 liquefied petroleum tank.The basic equipment for 60m3 LPG Storage Tank includes manhole, joint for safety valve, exit for air discharge, joint for liquid indicator, liquid inlet, gas phase equilibrium mouth, liquid phase outlet, liquid discharge, etc.The optional equipment includes liquid indicator, safety valve, temperature gauge, pressure meter, etc.For the safe usage of the LPG products, we process several test for the LPG tanks such as welding line density test, thermal treatment, hydra press measurement, ray nondestructive test, etc.Each tank will be inspected by non-destructive test 100% RT&MT, hydrostatic test will also be carried out to each tank. Beside, we have an advanced heat treatment furnace which can handle 4*25ton LPG tank at the same time. Whole post-welded heat treatment will be carried out to each tank.
