Working principle and application of vane pump
The vane pump is a common rotary positive displacement pump, whose core components include one or more impellers (i.e. vanes) mounted on a rotatable rotor. When the rotor rotates under the action of the drive device, the vanes slide along the inner wall of the pump casing under the action of centrifugal force and/or hydraulic pressure, thereby forming a variable closed volume and realizing the process of liquid suction and extrusion.
