Its use method is the same as that of traditional steel cylinder. The interface of the Dewar flask is five-eighths of an inch, which is the same as the interface of a traditional steel cylinder, which can be connected to a gas pressure regulator. From connecting the Dewar to the beginning of use, only one person needs to operate it, and the whole process takes about 3 minutes. Calculated by using 10 cans per month, a total of 30 minutes of cylinder replacement time. The entire process from connection to use of traditional steel cylinders takes about 3 minutes. Calculated by using 300 bottles per month, a total of 900 minutes of cylinder replacement time.
 
The use of Dewar greatly improves the labor efficiency of workers and reduces their labor intensity. High safety, clean and beautiful working environment. After the Dewar is filled, the pressure inside the bottle is between 0~0.05MPa according to the vacuum degree. The maximum working pressure is 1.6Mpa. At the same time, the Dewar flask is equipped with a 3-fold protection pressure reducing device. The safety performance is very high.
 
Even if there is an accident, the most serious consequence is that the liquid in the bottle is discharged as a gas, which will not cause casualties and property losses. After the traditional steel cylinder is filled, the pressure in the bottle is between 13 and 13.5 MPa (about 130 kg to 135 kg), which is a high-pressure gas cylinder. In terms of safety, it is only equipped with a fuse. Hazards are prone to occur in high temperature environments, and once an explosion occurs, the consequences are devastating. Low purchase cost Compared with using traditional steel cylinders, the purchase cost of using Dewar is about 20% lower.
