Cryogenic storage tanks are pressure vessels we often use, usually used to store liquid gas. The cryogenic pipelines of the cryogenic tank are led out from the lower end of the tank, which is convenient for operation and maintenance. Due to the different operating environments of cryogenic storage tanks, manufacturers of cryogenic storage tanks recommend that they pay attention to relevant operating matters when using them.
 
As a gas storage and transportation equipment, cryogenic storage tanks must undergo gas replacement treatment before the first use, and use nitrogen to purge and replace the air in the pipeline and storage tank.
 
The top filling liquid is designed with a porous shower filling structure, which can make the cryogenic liquid stable when filling the inner container. And part of the gas phase in the inner container can be liquefied by low-temperature absorption to maintain the relative stability of the gas pressure in the inner container during the filling process.
 
The supporting structure between the inner tank and the outer shell adopts the upper stainless steel drawstring and the lower stainless steel tube support. Under the normal position of the equipment, the gravity load of the inner tank and its storage medium is transmitted to the housing through 3 stainless steel pipes, and then transmitted to the housing legs and the equipment foundation to avoid additional eccentric moment load. This structure also protects the equipment The need for free contraction of the inner tank under low temperature conditions during work.
 
Usually the cryogenic storage tanks we use are divided into upper liquid inlet and lower liquid inlet. The size of DN50 is to discharge the liquid from the tanker to the pipeline of the storage tank. The upper liquid is usually used for the first pre-cooling and the first time for the liquid. Other times It doesn't seem to be used much. Out of liquid, DN50 is very clear that it is the process tube that presses the liquid out of the storage tank. Overflow, DN15 opens the overflow valve when the storage tank is 90% full. When the medium flows out, it proves that it has reached the designed filling line and the filling can be stopped.
