The main structure of self-pressurized cryogenic pressure vessel:

1. Valve piping system: provide the functions of gas, liquid, pressurization and economic adjustment and venting; display the liquid level and the working pressure of the inner tank; the low-temperature Dewar has inner safety devices (bursting discs, safety valves), etc.

2. Low-temperature Dewar protection ring: effectively protect the valve pipeline system; and provide transportation and hoisting.

3. Stainless steel outer tank of gas cylinder: beautiful, safe and reliable, protecting the internal structure and vacuum system;

4. Gas cylinder stainless steel inner liner: carrying low-temperature liquid nitrogen medium to ensure the purity of the gas used and withstand the medium pressure;
5. Insulation layer of pressure vessel: low-temperature Dewar adopts multi-layer insulation. Effectively prevent heat radiation and heat transfer, and avoid liquid loss;

6. Vacuum sandwich: high vacuum area to prevent external heat from being transferred to the low-temperature floor tile liner through convection and other methods.

7. Internal pipelines: built-in pressurization and gasification pipelines provide convenient and quick air supply;

8. Bottom ring: stainless steel and rubber combined base, which can effectively reduce the shock of the pressure vessel.
