Daily maintenance of liquid oxygen supply system
1. Requirements for use
(1) Establish connection requirements. The liquid oxygen station should be built in an open area, and there should be no trenches, buildings and open flames within at least 10m around. The liquid oxygen station should be ventilated. The liquid oxygen tank should be protected from the sun and rain. The pipeline connection should be welded as far as possible, especially the pipeline in the liquid oxygen storage tank system should be welded. Due to the large temperature difference of the system, it is easy to cause deformation and loosening.
(2) Operator requirements. The oxygen supply system of the liquid oxygen center is mainly composed of a pressure vessel and oxygen. The operation and maintenance personnel of the system must understand the structure of the liquid oxygen storage tank, the working principle and the nature of oxygen, and have been trained in safety technology, operation and maintenance rules You can only work after you are qualified.
(3) Management requirements. Operation and use, use and management of liquid oxygen storage tanks, and set up a duty room. An oxygen delivery pressure computer-controlled alarm is installed in the duty room to monitor the output pressure and ensure the oxygen output. Under normal circumstances, open the corresponding valve to allow liquid oxygen to enter the vaporizer to vaporize and then supply oxygen at a certain flow rate and pressure.
2. Maintenance requirements
(1) Regular verification. The pressure gauge and safety valve on the liquid oxygen system should be checked regularly every year, and it is recommended that a spare set be used to replace it when checking. Valves and pressure reducers should be overhauled or renewed every 3 to 5 years. The system should be checked for air tightness once a year, especially the threaded joints of the pipes.
(2) Repair in time. The liquid oxygen system must not be contaminated with grease to avoid burning and explosion. If the system leaks or the pressure regulator, pressure gauge, explosion-proof device is damaged or abnormal phenomenon is found during the overhaul, it should be repaired or replaced immediately. Avoid danger.
(3) Pay attention to personnel safety. Due to the low temperature of liquid oxygen (-183e), it is close to normal temperature after vaporization that the gas and liquid alternately easily damage the pressure regulator (if installed upside down). The liquid oxygen storage tank, including the booster system and the vaporizer, should be overhauled and tested in accordance with the relevant regulations of the pressure vessel. The personnel who use and maintain the liquid oxygen station should avoid liquid oxygen frostbite.
